Carolina Herrera Honored at FIT
Along with their diplomas, Fashion Institute of Technology graduates were greeted as equals by none other than Carolina Herrera at Tuesday’s commencement ceremony.
With more than 300 stores worldwide, the designer offered some sound advice. “I have to say to you all that I have been a designer for 30 years and I have a passion for fashion,” she said. “I hope all of you do the same, because it is not always very glamorous.
